चबाटा (it Ciabatta no) एक इतालवी रोटी है। यह चौड़े और सपाट आकार का है तथा इसे अपने छेदों के लिए जाना जाता है। चबाटा को आटे के साथ बड़ी मात्रा के पानी से बनाया जाता है।
