किसी प्रणाली (सिस्टम) का अंतर्विफलता माध्य समय (Mean time between failures (MTBF)) वह अनुमानित अवधि है जितने देर काम करने के बाद उस प्रणाली के विफल होने की सम्भावना है। इस शब्द का प्रयोग संयंत्र (प्लान्ट) और उपकरण (equipment) के रखरखाव के सन्दर्भ में किया जाता है।
