स्कूटर (scooter) एक विशेष प्रकार की संरचना वाली मोटरसायकिल होती है। इसमें चालक के पाँव रखने के लिये एक प्लेटफार्म की व्यवस्था होती है। स्कूटरों का निर्माण सन् १९१४ या उससे भी पहले से होता आ रहा है।
