पुण्डीर

पुण्डीर एक भारतीय जाति है। यह उत्तर भारत मे फैले हुए हैं उत्तर भारत मे इनके नाम से हरियाणा मे एक स्थान पुण्डरी भी है ये दधिमती माता को भी अपनी कुलदेवी मानते हैं। व िला सहारनपुर गांव भाबसी रायपुर निवासी रितिन पुंडीर पिछले 1 वर्ष से लगातार पुंडीर इतिहास पर शोध कर रहें हैं वर्तमान जिला शामली के ब्लॉक जलालाबाद जो (मनहार खेड़ा) के नाम से जाना जाता था इतिहास एरिक थॉमस स्टोक्स ने पुय े बारे में लिखा है कि- In the Katha the Pundir Rajputs stood out as the dominant landholders, dwelling together as a formidable clan that had never been properly brought under close administration.
