चरित्र चित्रण

किसी नाटक, कथा आदि में आये पात्रों के सोच, कार्यपद्धति, आदि के बारे में सूचना देना उस पात्र का चरित्रचित्रण (Characterisation) कहलाता है। पात्रों का वर्णन करने के लिये उनके कार्यों, वक्तव्य, एवं विचारों आदि का सहारा लिया जाता है।पात्र के नज़रिए से कहानी लिखी जाती है। == बाहरी कड़ियाँ == गद्य की विधाएँ – कहानी Outline on Literary Elements by Dr. Marilyn H.
