कार्यवाही तथा पारदर्शी भर्ती प्रक्रिया सुनिश्चित करने की माँग की। प्रदर्शन मुख्यतः राँची सहित राज्य के विभिन्न भागों में हुए, जिनमें धरना, प्रदर्शन, पदयात्रा और अनिश्चितकालीन आमरण अनशन जैसे आयोजन सम्मिलित थे। आन्दोलन को विभिन्न छात्र संगठनों, सामाजिक संगठनों और अनेक राजनीतिक नेताओं का भी समर्थन प्राप्त
