लीडिया या लुडया ईसा के पूर्व आठवीं सदी में वर्तमान पश्चिमी तुर्की में एक साम्राज्य हुआ करता था जिसे हिन्द-आर्य जाति का माना गया है। इनका प्राचीन ग्रीक (यूनानी) लेखों में ज़िक्र मिलता है। छठी सदी ईसा पूर्व के अन्त में इसे फ़ारसी शासकों ने हरा दिया था। सरडिस इनकी राजधानी हुआ करती थी।
Lydia is a descendant of Ror (Rad, Rod, Ror) living in India. The word 'R' started with 'L' which became 'L' due to the error of spoken language.
