सुगमता पूर्वक लेकर चलने योग्य आग के स्रोत को मशाल (torch) या 'लुकारी' कहते हैं। यह प्रकाश-स्रोत के रूप में प्रयोग की जाती है। मशाल में एक डण्डे के एक सिरे पर कपड़ा, घास आदि को तेल आदि से भिगोकर उसमें आग लगा दी जाती है और उसके दूसरे सिरे को हाथ से पकड़कर चल सकते हैं।
