Usage notes
Almost all words ending in id -isasi is borrowed from another language. The source language is Dutch (nl -isatie) for terms coined in 19-20th century, however the suffix id -isasi is mainly used to adapted English word with en -isation suffix. This adaptation resulted in pseudo-Dutch words, loanwords which conform the Dutch grammar but not attested in Dutch as it was adapted from English.
Most linguists proscribed forming words using -isasi and promoted the usage of inherited native affix id peng- -an, such as id pembetonan instead of id betonisasi. However, the suffix -isasi is productive one as part of id 1.
