Usage notes
The form la Ilergetae, although it is cited in Gaffiot's dictionary, is spurious in Latin. Presumably it was included based on a discredited inscription from Alcarràs.Hübner, Emil. Inscriptiones Hispaniae latinae, volume 2, 1869. "Inscriptiones Falsae vel Alienae",
p. 32*, no. 313* la Ilergetae entered modern usage in dictionaries, as an approximation of the Greek.
Declension
Ilergētēs<3.pl>
