From misinterpretation of is sv Malmö Ore Hill (from Middle is da Malmhauge), mistaking -ö for sv ö island is ey in Icelandic, although -ö here has a different etymology, being derived from is non haugr (Icelandic is haugur, sv hög), of earlier is gem-pro - and ultimate is ine-pro - origin.
