eo ĉevalo horse ĉevalaĉo nag
eo domo house domaĉo shack

Usage notes
Unlike most Esperanto affixes, eo -aĉ- does not have an inherent part of speech, but rather inherits the part of speech of the stem to which it is affixed.
The difference between eo fi- and eo -aĉ- is similar, but not identical, to the difference between en evil and en bad in English. eo fi- denotes low morality, while eo -aĉ- denotes low quality. For example, if modifying eo domo house, eo domaĉo means a house of bad quality (a hovel), while eo fidomo means a house of ill repute, such as a brothel, gambling den, etc.
