English
Noun
en Islam Any of the fourteen central religious figures believed by Twelver Shia Muslims to be infallible, consisting of Muhammad, his daughter Fatima, and the Twelve Imams recognized by Twelvers.
Usage notes
Preceding determiners commonly take on the capitalized letter-case. So, for instance, the entire group of Infallibles is often referred to as "The Fourteen Infallibles", though capitalizing just the number term and not the article ("the Fourteen Infallibles") is also common.
