Elections in Germany’s three city states are respectively called de Bürgerschaftswahl (in Hamburg and Bremen) and de Abgeordnetenhauswahl (in Berlin). Nevertheless they are included in the term de Landtagswahl, especially when speaking about state elections in various states or in general.
