su jv ꦲꦥꦶꦠ꧀ Apit, ultimately from su poz-pro *hapit to press together (between two surfaces, from su map-pro *Sapit. Named after the fact that Dhu'l-Qa'da is set between two months with major Islamic holidays, Sha'ban (Eid al-Fitr) and Zulhijjah (Eid al-Adha).
