Punjabi
Etymology
Uncertain. Possibly borrowed from inc-hnd hi -गा / ur -گا; Hindustani appears to have greatly influenced the usage of this suffix in Eastern Punjabi dialects. Masica suggests an origin from the same past participle which inc-hnd hi गया / ur گیا gayā originated from.
Mishra (1992) states in a brief aside that this suffix is derived from a Vedic Sanskrit particle, sa घ or sa घा, which he says was used alongside subjunctive conjugations to express the future tense, although no further justification was given to explain this connection.

Usage notes
This suffix is typically attached to the subjunctive conjugation of the verb, as in the examples above. The number and gender of the suffix depends on the number and gender of the subject.
The usage of this suffix is traditionally limited to Eastern Punjabi dialects. Western Punjabi dialects traditionally use the infix pa -ਸ-, placed between the verb stem and subjunctive suffix, to express the future tense. However, this usage is limited to a small number of verbs.
