From de ar حِزْبُ اللهِ the party of God, after Quran 5:56, which Shiites interpret as referring to the Imams and those who support them. Feminine gender probably after de Partei (as in the translation de Partei Gottes), perhaps also reinforced by the /a/-auslaut.
