Usage notes
Primarily used within heavily Armenian influenced regions of the Northern Euphrates, hence why the Bible translation of Isaac Grout Bliss (who was stationed in Erzurum, an Armenian center at the time) uses it so prominently, almost replacing the native kmr yê/kmr ya/kmr yên (eg. çûndoxan instead of yên diçin meaning "those going") and functioning similarly to the Turkic suffix tr -an/tr -en those who, the ones who; -er. However, because of the heavy assimilation and the almost complete eradication of the Kurdish-speaking communities in those regions, this suffix has now been rendered to being almost entirely archaic and historical in Northern Kurdish.
