Abbreviated from fi elinkeino-, liikenne- ja ympäristökeskus, which is joint regional office of three ministries, fi työ- ja elinkeinoministeriö Ministry of Employment and the Economy, fi ympäristöministeriö Ministry of the Environment and fi liikenne- ja viestintäministeriö Ministry of Transport and Communications.
