May either be a direct en 1 1 N tower the initial letter of en nigger, or an en 1 1 n-word, or a en 1 1 n-word tower. Alternatively still, possibly a syncope of en N-word tower.
Unlike en n-word, this term may resist being spelled with a lowercase N to a greater degree, since the format of such towers often explicitly features image macros of capital Ns.
