Noun
m,(e)s,^e

Usage notes
In North Rhine-Westphalia, the de Landschaftsverband Rheinland corresponds to the de Regierungsbezirk Regierungsbezirke of Cologne (region) Cologne and Düsseldorf (region) Düsseldorf, while the de Landschaftsverband Westfalen-Lippe corresponds to the de Regierungsbezirke of Arnsberg_(region) Arnsberg, Detmold (region) Detmold and Münster (region) Münster. However, this correspondence is more or less coincidental. The de Regierungsbezirke are bodies of the state (top down), whereas the de Landschaftsverbände are corporations of the municipalities (bottom up).
