Usage notes
The variant forms with -k- are not native but were introduced from standard German de -keit during the 19th century. They are now used more or less invariably after gmw-cfr -ig, gmw-cfr -elig, and gmw-cfr -isch. Otherwise, the h-form is still preferred, though speakers may also follow the standard German rules; thus: gmw-cfr langsam → gmw-cfr Langsamheet or younger gmw-cfr Langsamkeet.
