Infecting the petitioner with sexually transmitted infections, silent treatment and financial irresponsibility, and fathering a child out of the marriage amounts to cruelty as they go beyond the ordinary wear and tear of married life. I agree with the Respondent referring to paragraphs 3, 4 and 8 of the reply to the petition by the applicant, I find that there is no sufficient reason as to why leave should be granted to amend the reply by filing a cross petition for the reasons stated therein. The Applicants are strongly cautioned against presenting questionable or potentially forged signatures before this Honorable Court, as such conduct attracts serious legal consequences, including but not limited to prosecution for forgery.
