Teofane il Recluso, Lo spirito e il cuore: pagine scelte, edited by Tomas Spidlik, Paoline, 2003

We need books full of ardor for God that protect against all the malices.

Hai bisogno di istruzione? Va' in chiesa, ascolta e guarda. Ti vengono impartite lezioni sia attraverso l'udito che attraverso la vista.
Do you need education? Go to church, listen and watch. Lessons are taught to you through both hearing and sight.
