We've seen it in the past, and athletes are still going through it We [at the Springboks] are fortunate to have a good group in the squad, especially when you're going through injuries, where you do have support around you, Being able to communicate with people—and having the right people to talk to—helps immensely. But it's definitely a major work-in-progress overall in sports, and even outside of sports. I’ve been struggling a bit with injuries over the past couple of seasons. For me, it’s just about getting that continuity back, getting my fitness up, and staying in good shape. It’s an ongoing process. I'm just making sure that I'm staying fit and ready to go.
