Ajibola Ponnle was born 9th September,1973 she is the founder/Group CEO of Human investment group Africa,she has also written several articles like “lesson to the elder”.she is the current commissioner for Lagos State Ministry of Establishments, Training and Pensions appointed by Lagos State Governor. Quotes it was imperative for the various agencies and members of staff to be prepared to complement the vision of the government in its quest to achieving a greater Lagos. On the importance of complementing the vision of the government I am pleased to inform you that the Lagos State Government has paid over N42bn only as accrued pension rights to 11,349 retirees in the Mainstream, Local Government, State Universal Basic Board, Teaching Service Commission and other Parastatals of the State Government from May 2019 till date. Speaking on allocated funds for pension We are currently working on some reforms based on global best practices to reduce post-retirement financial difficulties. We are committed to building an environment that is safe, secure, and sustainable for all residents of Lagos state. Speaking om reforms been worked on The vision of the State government for a 21st century economy can only be achieved with a dedicated 21st century compliant workforce.
