Willy Rizzo (October 22, 1928 – February 25, 2013) was an Italian-born French photographer, designer, and furniture designer, known for his artistic photography and his iconic furniture designs.
Willy Rizzo is particularly known for his furniture designs created from the 1960s onwards. His pieces combine geometric forms, noble materials, and an aesthetic characteristic of Italian design in the second half of the 20th century.
His creations include tables, consoles, chests of drawers, and armchairs, some of which are now sought after as vintage design pieces and presented at international auctions as works of art.

Besides, Willy ‘looks like my father.’ We see each other regularly and are constantly joking around. I always tease him about the paparazzi. In Willy’s photographs, I appreciate that certain ‘French touch,’ especially in his art direction. I consider him a great photographer and admire not only his work, but his entire career.
