About Andriy Melnyk
Colonel Andriy Melnyk returned to a different Ukraine: not the one he was forced to leave, but the one he dreamed of. He and thousands of other such significant Ukrainian figures dreamed of it. I thank everyone who is truly trying to ensure that our Ukrainian national memory remains a living memory.
