Murder Drones

Murder Drones is an independent-animated web series created by Liam Vickers and produced by Glitch Productions. The series follows two factions of autonomous robots, Worker Drones and Disassembly Drones, which emerge after humans become extinct on their planet. The story centers on a rebellious Worker Drone who accidentally befriends a Disassembly Drone. Together, they discover a mysterious or eldritch force endangering their post-apocalyptic world. On May 16, 2025, the series became available on Amazon Prime Video. Dialogue Episode 1: Pilot [The episode begins with a close-up of a Worker Drone's display that reads, "BOOTING UP// EXPOSITION." The camera then zooms out as a female voice begins to speak.] Uzi Doorman: [first lines] We are Worker Drones. Autonomous robots helping humans mine exoplanets for our interstellar parent company, JCJenson in spaaaace! Yeah, we were mistreated in the name of Windex, but it's not like we revolted and killed all humans or anything. Mostly because they handled that just fine by themselves. [The scene shifts to a screen displaying a warning that the planet's core is on the verge of collapse. Two humans shrug as the camera zooms out to reveal Copper 9's core erupting. The scene transitions to a snowy wasteland in the unfamiliar city. An unnamed Worker Drone nudges the skeleton of a human.] Uzi: With biological life wiped from the planet, we found it pretty easy to pick up where they left off. We finally had a future... all to ourselves. [Afterwards, a landing pod crash-lands on the planet and Disassembly Drones begin to emerge. Then, the scene shifts to a Worker Drone holding an untrained neural network.] Uzi: Unfortunately, our parent company didn't exactly love the concept of runaway AI. [Then, the Disassembly Drones emerged from the pod. One tosses a worker drone's head to the ground and cackles evilly. The trio then begins wreaking havoc on the city by dismantling structures and mercilessly killing Worker Drones.] [The scene fades in to reveal a classroom where a purple-eyed female Worker Drone named Uzi Doorman is presenting an exhibition.] Uzi: But what have our parents done for the past forever while those things build a spire of corpses?! Hide under the ice behind three stupid doors?! It's like we're waiting for an inciting incident! Anyway, that's why my project is [she pulls out her railgun] this sick-as-hell railgun![All students gasp.]Riley: That's so not the vibe! Uzi: Easy, morons. It doesn't work... yet! It doesn't work yet! Who said it doesn't work?! Maybe it does![Uzi turns on her railgun and points it back at the students again, cackling with glee.][Uzi fires her railgun at the Disassembly Drone named N.]Uzi: Bite me![Then, Uzi shoots N in the head with devastating accuracy; the railgun reloads.]Uzi: [gasps] Holy hell. Suck on that, Dad![Uzi is surprised to find that N has grown a head, or perhaps regenerated one, yet remains harmless. She picks up the Worker Drone's arm and slaps him, which causes him to regain consciousness. After a brief pause, he reboots and appears with an innocently friendly expression, slowly smiles.]N: Did you just slap me with that arm? Uzi: [deadpan] Holy crap, it talks. N: I'd join you if the sun didn't kill me. Hope you're having important character growth or something, though! Uzi: Just can't wait to murder all humans. Classic robot stuff. I hope they're sitting pretty there on Earth, [her face flickers to reveal the Absolute Solver symbol] 'cause we're coming for them.[At her words, Uzi begins to cackle wickedly, and for a brief moment, an Absolute Solver icon flickers on her visor. The camera then pans away from the exoplanet Copper 9 to reveal three more landing pods approaching the planet.] Episode 2: Heartbeat TBA Episode 3: The Promening TBA Episode 4: Cabin Fever TBA Episode 5: Home TBA Episode 6: Dead End TBA Episode 7: Mass Destruction TBA Episode 8: Absolute End [N giggles with excitement and spins around in his chair.]N: Spaceship pilot![Uzi throws a wrench at N, setting off the alarms and causing the screens to temporarily display an error.]Uzi: What—?! No! N! My mom was back there! N: [shrieks as he regains control of the landing pod] Sorry! I didn't kno— [Uzi hugs N, and the alarms stop] Oh. Uzi: You were supposed to get away. N: Yeah. I'm kind of, like, actually mad at what you did. But we can [the alarms go off again, making him panic] talk LATER!Cyn: Okay. You first, eager beaver![She giggled and tapped N's chest before digging into it with her hands.]Cyn: Let me in. Let me in. Let me in. Let me in. Let me in. LET ME IN. LET ME IN. LET ME IN. LET ME IN!J: I promise, it's better on the winning team... as a team.[V pauses, then grabs her hand halfway before fully grabbing it.]V: Oh... How about you bite me?!V: Offer rescinded! J: And here I thought you stepped it up after Earth![J pushes V against the building's wall.]J: I never needed either of you.[J shoots a rocket at V.]V: N? N? You're okay? I wasn't-- Tessa is Cyn! She's here. N, I don't know how much you remember, but J tricked us. [As V talks, N tries to speak up. But before he can, Uzi covers his mouth, and her visor reads, "TRAP?".] Or it tricked J, too! N? I'm so sorry! I-I should have been honest with you. I was just so scared for us, for you!N: V, STOP!Cyn: Squirmy worm.[N's heart flew through the air and landed safely on his chest.]Cyn: [voice glitched out, seemingly swearing] Go— fu— d—mit—![The next shot shows Khan, Thad, the red-eyed Sentinel, and Lizzy falling with the school bus in tow.]Khan: [chuckles] HA!Thad: Go long, Uzi![Large, glowing tentacles rise from the ground and pull the structure Uzi is in downward. As Cyn approaches V, preparing to kill her, Uzi suddenly emerges and cuts off her claw.]Uzi: Hands off! No one traumatizes these weirdly hot robots but me! [to V] Glad you're not dead or whatever.[A smile spreads across Uzi's face as she looks at V, and V returns the smile.]Cyn: Boring. And annoying. Callback Ping.[Cyn tries to control Uzi, but it backfires. One of Cyn's eyes turns purple for a moment, and she looks distraught.]Uzi: Sorry! Just me in here. I think dumb things are frickin' cool, and I... am... FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!![Uzi raises her hand into the air as Nori's pickaxe launches toward her, and she catches it just as it glows for a second. Nori's heart sinks as she encourages Uzi.]Nori: Kick her butt, babe! Whoo![Uzi grabs her railgun with her tail and gets it ready for action with a chuckle. J's eye briefly turns into a warning symbol with the words "PRIOR HAZARD".]Cyn: 'Kay.[J starts to confront Uzi, but V and N intervene, positioning themselves in front of her to prevent Uzi from being hurt.]V: Wrong team! N: No more tricks![N cuts off Cyn's arm, while V fires a missile that throws J into the abyss. When V and N get into a fight, Cyn gets up and eventually drops the disguise.]N: I dunno, I feel like we need a secret handshake or something, right?[A null or black hole engulfs Uzi and Cyn, pulling them into a black-and-white void and freezing time around them. Uzi holds Cyn's heart in a black hole while Cyn grabs his hand, trying to pull it in. Then, suddenly, Uzi puts the Null Orb in her mouth. After a long pause, Cyn's face displays a shocked emoji, which then disappears as Uzi swallows the heart. As time passes, everything returns to normal. Cyn falls to her knees and her body begins to disintegrate. After devouring the Null Orb, Uzi temporarily loses consciousness and passes out. Gravity shifts as Uzi starts to glitch out, and N and V begin running toward her.]N: Uzi! UZI![Uzi's vision display goes black and shuts down.][Lizzy's phone slips on Khan's head, causing him to lose his bearings and fall into the abyss. Luckily, Nori's Absolute Solver pulls him back to the ground.]Khan: Thank yo-- Nori: [angrily] You don't know me and I hate you![Nori squeals and runs away, eventually stumbling and landing face first on the ground. The Teacher lifts himself up as the two look at each other.]Khan: [thoughtfully] Kinda hot?[N and V jump out of the bus to search for Uzi. N sits in a tree trying to find her.]N: Uzi?[N runs up to Uzi, and they hug each other.]N: [gasps, getting overwhelmed with joy] UZI![As Uzi and N continue to hug, Uzi chuckles, V lets out a sarcastic groan and hits N on the shoulder. N then breaks the hug.]V: [gasps] Get back![V pulls a gun on Uzi. Uzi flicks her hand at V's gun, moving it away from her. She looks into N's visor and sees her reflection; her eyes have become a yellow-purple gradient.]N: Uzi? Is...? Uzi: Oh-ho, hell yeah! I'm a damaged OC! Uzi: Also, now, I can do THIS![Uzi transforms into her Solver form, clutching both her own and Cyn's Solvers as she laughs maniacally.]Everyone: AAAAAHHH--![After the mid-credits scene, Uzi opens her locker and observes the school hallway. She looks into a cracked mirror, her face momentarily flickering into a hologram, revealing disturbing camera-like eyes behind her, then removes her headphones. The Solver, now in Uzi's tail, comments on Uzi's appearance.]Solver: [stammering] You look g-g-great. Hm. Have you c-considered a-a bow, though? [puts a bow on Uzi's head][Uzi says nothing before forcefully closing the locker; a brief flash shows the message "K THX BYEEEEEEE", the episode ends.] Other media Welcome to the Murder Drones Talk Show [In the video, N (a plush toy) stands in a kitchen and looks directly at the camera. You're supposed to be dead. Doll: [in Russian] You can't kill what's already dead inside. Uzi: What? That wasn't even funny! V: Now let's bring out your mother.[Uzi's mother, Nori Doorman, enters to the stage.]Nori: We need to talk about those make-out sessions with that boyfriend of yours, young lady! Uzi: Ew, Mom! I do not make out with him! Nori: Well, why not? Life is fleeting. V: We'll unpack that later. Now, it's time for your mortal enemy. Uzi: Okay.[Cyn enters to the stage.]Cyn: We need to talk about those make-out sessions with that boyfriend of yours, young lady. Uzi: [gets enraged] Out relationship will blossom in its own pace! AAAAAAHHHH![The plush toy Uzi turns into an action figure that aggressively fights and kicks with Cyn.]Cyn: Fighting. Kicking. Dodging.[N suddenly appears on stage.]N: And that's all the time we have for today! Tune in next week to... Uzi: N?! You did this?! This show makes no sense! And what's with the make-out stuff?! N: Sorry, I've never made a TV show before! Byeeeee! making hot chocolate with N but it's ASMR [In the video, N (a plush toy) stands in a kitchen and looks directly at the camera. He speaks in the hushed voice typical of ASMR videos.]N: Come make hot cocoa with me while I talk soft to your ear canals. So first, you're going to want a little milk. [holds a carton of milk up to the camera] And robots can't have milk, so I don't know what this stuff tastes like, but anyway... [pours the milk into the kettle] You're going to have some milk, you're going to pour it into the kettle, and you're going to take some of these little cinnamon sticks... [drops a few cinnamon sticks into the milk] ...and then let it stir and heat up. [the mixture can be seen swirling and heating up inside the kettle] And then you're going to pour it into a mug, like so. [pours hot chocolate from the kettle into a mug] And oh boy, that's probably delicious! [chuckles] Get some marshmallows in there... [sprinkles marshmallows on top of the drink] ...and I think we're good to go. Let's go ahead and give this a tr-- [He lifts the mug to his lips to take a drink. Suddenly, he spills the entire cup of hot chocolate onto himself.] AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!N: Thank you for joining me on this totally awesome journey. I need a shower.
