Carlos Oviedo Cavada

Carlos Oviedo Cavada (19 January 1927 – 7 December 1998) was a Chilean prelate of the Catholic Church. Quotes Before a culture such as the present one with vast areas where God is absent and where God is ignored, we Pastors must be an encouraging voice full of hope in order to change this way into reality.
