Child's Play 5: Seed of Chucky is a 2004 American comedy horror film in which Chucky and Tiffany are resurrected by their innocent son, Glen, and hit Hollywood, where a movie depicting the killer dolls' murder spree is underway. Written and directed by Don Mancini. Time to Raise Some Hell (taglines) Dialogue Chucky: ARGH! Who the hell are you? Glen: Shit-face. [Chucky laughs.] Tiffany: Now what kind of a name is that? Where are your mother and father? Chucky: Judging by that face my guess is they're hiding. Tiffany: Shut up, you asshole! Chucky: Well, come on. It looks like the kid fell off the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down. (Laughs.) I mean, you gotta feel bad for the parents, I wonder they must look like! (Laughs.) Whoa! [Glen holds up his hand to reveal the faint "Made in Japan" sign on his wrist. Chucky gasps.] Tiffany: (Whispers.) Oh, my god! [Chucky looks down at his own wrist to see the same "Made in Japan" sign there. Both Chucky and Tiffany look at Glen in shocked realization. Glen then greets his parents in Japanese. Chucky: [To Tiffany.] What?!... No! You didn't? We didn't? Tiffany: [To Glen.] Oh! Sweet-face! Come to Mommy! [Chucky promptly faints.] Glen: Is Mummy ill? Chucky: The courts thought so. [Tiffany is tucking in Glen as Chucky taps his knife against Glen's pram.] Tiffany: Nighty, night, Glenda. Sleep tight. [Goes to turn off the lamp.] Glen: Leave it on. Tiffany: Aww, sweetie. There's nothing to be scared of. Your daddy and I will be right here. [Chucky continues to tap his knife.] Glen: Why do you kill people? [Chucky stops tapping, and he and Tiffany look at Glen in surprise.] Tiffany: 'Scuse me? Glen: Why do you kill? [Chucky and Tiffany exchange looks.] Chucky: Well...um... it's a hobby really. It helps us relax. Glen: Am I going to be a killer? Chucky: Of course! It's been a family tradition for generations! Glen: But violence is bad, isn't it? They said so on TV. Chucky: Not violence. Vio-lins. Violins are bad. That screeching music is gonna ruin the goddamn country! Tiffany: Chucky, Glenda is right. It's time we owned up to it. We have a problem with killing. Chucky: I don't have a "problem" with killing. I like a little killing now and then! What's wrong with that? Tiffany: Killing is an addiction like any other drug. But we're parents now. We have to set a good example. Tiffany: Let's quit, Chucky. Right now! Cold turkey! Chucky: You have got to be kidding! Tiffany: Promise me, Chucky. No more killing. Chucky: No. Tiffany: Chucky... Chucky: No! No! No! No! No! Tiffany: No more killing! We can't do it anymore! Chucky: No! A thousand times no! Tiffany: We have a future to think of! Chucky: No! No! No! No! No! NO! Tiffany: We have a child! Chucky: FINE! Alright, already! I promise. Tiffany: Thank you, doll baby. You're a sweetheart. Glen: Now we really will be the perfect family. Tiffany: We had an agreement, Chucky! We decided for the sake of our child we weren't gonna do this shit anymore! Chucky: No. YOU decided! Just like YOU decided our son was a girl! Tiffany: He is a girl! Chucky: He is a boy goddamn it! And he's the most promising killer I have ever seen. You should've been there, Tiff! You would've been so proud of him. Tiffany: I want a girl! Chucky: I want a boy! Glen: You're tearing me apart! What about what I want?! Chucky: ...What? Tiffany: ...What? Glen: Doesn't what I want mean anything at all? Tiffany: Oh. Chucky: OK. Interesting. Tell us. Tiffany: What do you want, sweetface? Glen: I think I want to be a boy. Chucky: YES! In your face, lady! Glen: But being a girl would be nice too. [Tiffany smiles smugly at Chucky.] Chucky: Well... which is it? Glen: I'm not sure. Sometimes I feel like a boy. Sometimes I feel like a girl. Can't I be both? Tiffany: Well... some people... Chucky: Ah, ah! No way! Chucky: Nobody leaves me! Nobody! Taglines Time to raise some hell. Deliver us some evil. Fear the second coming. Get a load of Chucky.
