Tetsuya Nomura

Tetsuya Nomura (born October 8, 1970) is a Japanese video game artist, designer and director working for Square Enix (formerly Square). He designed characters for the Final Fantasy series, debuting with Final Fantasy VI and continuing with various later installments. Quotes Aerith and Tifa are both heroines in this game. We kind of made them both represent Eastern and Western styles.We designed Tifa to look more fit and athletic.
