Sarah Menker

Sarah Menker ( born 1982 ) is the founder and ex-CEO of Gro Intelligence, an agriculture data and analytics company. Sarah Menker was born and raised in Ethiopia. Prior to founding Gro, Sarah was a Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s commodities group. Sarah is also a Trustee of the Mandela Institute For Development Studies (MINDS) and a Trustee of the International Center for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT). Sarah was named a Global Young Leader by the World Economic Forum and is a fellow of the African Leadership Initiative of the Aspen Institute. Sarah Menker has been a role model for the thousands of women entrepreneurs around the world who are breaking down barriers in traditionally male-dominated fields.
