MUKANYIRIGIRA Didacienne

MUKANYIRIGIRA Didacienne Didacienne Mukanyirigira is a Rwandan engineer, researcher, academic, science-and-technology leader, and public-sector professional. Her career combines electrical engineering, telecommunications, Internet of Things (IoT), research, education, and science-policy leadership. She later obtained a Master of Science in Information and Communication Systems from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in China. She then pursued doctoral studies in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Telecommunications, at the University of Cape Town in South Africa, where she obtained her PhD. Dr. Mukanyirigira has been associated with the African Center of Excellence in Internet of Things (ACEIoT) at the University of Rwanda's College of Science and Technology. Her work has included teaching, research supervision, telecommunications, IoT, wireless sensor networks and technology development. University of Rwanda records show her supervising postgraduate research and serving in leadership roles at ACEIoT. She has also contributed to scientific research involving wireless sensor networks, IoT and telecommunications.
