Quotes
“We will not be a copy of the political system that existed before 2011. We are for keeping and developing everything positive that was done in the previous era. Everything that can be improved, or is negative, will not be retained. We do not reject the past, especially since there are good things to take from it. But our vision is mainly turned towards the future.”
Sputnik Afrique
“Today, when political parties are formed, they submit colourless and painless statutes. We have to wait until the party begins its activities and adopts a certain discourse before we can discern its political character. With this new law, we will be able to observe the functioning of political parties more closely. Better still, control will be exercised over the statutes, as is currently the case, but also over activities, orientations and speeches, which must not be inciting or create confusion between religion and politics.”

“What I mean by that is that it is a system that has undermined our national institutions established since Independence. A system whose philosophy is based on national division, the weakening of institutions and the dissolution of decision-making centres.”
Sputnik Afrique
“The Free Destourian Party assumes responsibility for preserving the independent civil state and its institutions.”
Afrique Presse
“We will not remain silent about this blatant violation of the law and the constitution and we will confront the Muslim Brotherhood.”
La Presse de Tunisie
“I will continue to resist and endure injustice, because I believe in the justness of the cause I defend.”
Kapitalis
“I will never renounce my convictions, whatever the price may be.”
