Now for the effect of my field spell. Guess what? Since I have two Crystal Beasts in my spell card zone, my attack damage now gets cut in half. Head in the Clouds (Part 2) [3.08] Win Mr. Stein's Duel (Part 1) [3.09] Jaden: Hold on, so where exactly are we going, teach? Stein: [In monotone] On an exciting adventure with bone-chilling twists around every corner. Jaden: Gee, you make it sound so thrilling. Win Mr. Stein's Duel (Part 2) [3.10] Stein: How uncharacteristically intelligent of you. Stein: We both gave up so much for our love of dueling. But in the end I'm afraid it just wasn't enough. I can take a level 4 or below pyro-type monster from my deck, and add it to my hand. Then I shuffle. Next, I play Magical Stone Excavation, which lets me send two of my Burning Algae to the graveyard, and in return, I can take a spell card from my grave and add it to my hand. Oh, and by the way, with two Algae in my grave… you gain another 2,000 Life Points. Jaden: Not again. Miss Fontaine: That's right, Jaden… Reficule's special ability activates, and those extra Life Points are instead taken away from you! Go Anti-cure! Oh, yes… And don't forget Brutal Potion. Kozaky: And I have more surprises in store. For instance; the ritual spell card, Revival of Dokurorider! A Sight Unseen (Part 1) [3.35] Supreme King: With Dark Fusion, I combine Elemental Hero Avian and Elemental Hero Burstinatrix… to form Evil Hero Inferno Wing! Axel: So Dark Fusion takes two good guys and makes one bad guy? Supreme King: Go, Inferno Wing! Attack this worm… With Infernal Blast! A Sight Unseen (Part 2) [3.36] Supreme King: You feel that? By sending fusion-material monsters in my hand to my grave, I can summon a fiend-type fusion monster. Now by fusing… Elemental Heroes Avian and Wildheart, I can call forth, Evil Hero Wild Cyclone! What Lies Beneath (Part 3) [3.39] Supreme King: I play…the spell, Dark Calling! When this is activated, I can remove Dark Fusion in my graveyard from play and then use its ability to summon a fusion monster! Next, I'll fuse Elemental Heroes, Clayman and Burstinatrix together…in order to call forth, Evil Hero Infernal Sniper! And there's more. When it's in defense mode, it deals a thousand points of damage and cannot be destroyed by any spells you might throw in my way! The Forbidden Ritual (Part 1) [3.40] Zane: Interesting. And this card will bring us even closer, Jaden. It's a scroll that notes the future. When it's played, I'm to select five cards in my deck and remove them. You seem to be a bit confused. But don't worry, you'll understand soon enough. Yubel: Lucky for you, Jaden, because if Regenerating Rose attacks a monster in defense mode, it doesn't gain any attack points. Your spell may have saved you for now, but remember, because you activated your De-Fusion spell's ability, the Spell Chronicle gains another unit of power. So allow me to thank you, Jaden, for helping my Spell Chronicle tell its story. Because of you, the first chapter has been written. Jaden: First what? Yubel: You see, the Spell Chronicle scroll tells the story of a duel. For every two spell cards activated, another chapter unfolds. For every chapter, you get to choose one that I removed from play and have the selected card back to my hand.
