Fire in progress at 1-2-zero-niner Carmichael Way.Mater: [shocked, realizing where that is] That's the old gasoline and match factory!Dispatcher: Right you are, Mater. Now go! [cut back to present time, Lightning McQueen is not even convinced]Lightning McQueen: Mater, I cannot believe you were a fire truck.Mater: Well, don't you remember? For Pete's sake, you was there, too. [cut back to the tale, we now see Lightning McQueen inside the burning building, feeling scared]Lightning McQueen: Aaahhh! HELP! HELP!Mater: Remain calm! [Mater sprays water at Lightning McQueen with his hose to calm him down, then he sets up the ladder for Lightning to jump on]Mater: I got you!Car #1: Look out, it's gonna blow! [Lightning McQueen jumps out of the window, and on to the ladder, just before the building blows up. Mater then puts Lightning into a female ambulance.]Mater: Get him to hospital, stat! He's overheated.Ambulance: On my way! El Materdor Lightning McQueen: Hey look, bulldozers.Mater: Yep. Them’s just like the ones I used to fight. Heavy Metal Mater Lightning McQueen: You were Heavy Metal Mater?Mater: No, we was Heavy Metal Mater. Tokyo Mater Lightning McQueen: Whoa, Ninjas? What did you do?Mater: Well, shoot, you oughta know. You was there, too! (U.F.M.) Unidentified Flying Mater Monster Truck Mater I-Screamer: I'm gonna make you scream! [Mater shrieks, bell dongs and he hides himself]I-Screamer: Huh? Where did he go?Mater: [in child's voice] Excuse me, mister? Can I have one double dipped dipstick sundae please?I-Screamer: Eh? Oh, sure. That's a very popular flavor. [Mater hooks him and gets spun around, laid upside] [after Dr. Frankenwagon's monster shows up and comes alive]Ring Announcer: IT'S ALIVE!!Mater: I'm dead. Mater the Greater Random Moon Mater Lightning McQueen: Wow, check out that moon.Mater: Yep. I've been up there.Lightning McQueen: You have not!Mater: Oh, yeah. It's real purty. It all started when I was towing this car to Florida. And then suddenly, Houston had a problem! Mater Private Eye Air Mater Time Travel Mater Lizzie: Good morning, race car. Morning, tow truck. Good morning, Stanley.Lightning McQueen: So, Mater, when did Lizzie and Stanley meet? Hiccups Bugged Spinning The Radiator Springs 500 ½ Lightning McQueen: You just insulted the wrong town. Looks like this leisurely drive just turned into A RACE. (Meanwhile, McQueen and the off-roaders have reached a cave filled with what they think are taillights.)SANDY DUNES: Huh. This must be…MATER (in a thought bubble): Taillight Caverns.LIGHTNING McQUEEN: Whoa, whoa, whoa. Wait a minute. (turns on his spotlights) Those aren't taillights. Those are tailpipes! (McQueen was right. Without warning, the tailpipes blasted out black ash and soot from all over the cave, and covered the racers. They soon exit the cave looking very miserable and coughing from the ash.) SANDY DUNES:' That was exhausting''.
