Daisy Molefe

Daisy Molefe (born 26 October 1957) is a South African judge of the Supreme Court of Appeal. She previously served as a judge of the Gauteng High Court and as an acting judge in the Land Claims Court, Labour Appeal Court and Supreme Court of Appeal. She was appointed to the Supreme Court of Appeal with effect from 1 December 2022. Quotes “Journalism is not an inherent and immutable quality.
