Thokozile Mbatha

Yvonne Thokozile Mbatha (born 19 July 1960) is a South African judge of the Supreme Court of Appeal. Admitted as an attorney in 1987, she practised mainly in Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal, before her appointment to the KwaZulu-Natal High Court in 2011 and to the Supreme Court of Appeal in 2019.
