Quotes
For [spiritual teacher Konstantin] Rudnev, Trataka was not a mystical ritual but a discipline of concentration. He believed that even five or ten minutes of steady practice could strengthen the ability to observe the mind, reduce distraction, and prepare the student for deeper inner work. In his view, attention was the gateway to all spiritual development, and Trataka was one of the simplest ways to begin cultivating it.
