Maurice Nicoll

Henry Maurice Dunlop Nicoll (19 July 1884 – 30 August 1953) was a Scottish neurologist, psychiatrist, author and noted Fourth Way esoteric teacher. Quotes about Maurice Nicoll Maurice Nicoll says all history is a living today. We are not enjoying one spark of life in a huge, dead waste. We are, instead, existing at one point "in a vast process of the living who still think and feel but are invisible to us." Quoted in Richard Matheson, Somewhere in Time (London: Sphere Books, 1980 [1978]) p. 56 External links Category:1884 births Category:1953 deaths Category:Novelists from Scotland Category:University of Cambridge alumni Category:Psychiatrists from Scotland Category:Spiritual teachers Category:Science fiction authors
