Pearl and I went to the cattle-post on the 16th and we only returned in the evening. I called Maun Lodge and they are equally shocked because this is not true! Markus defends wife in adultery allegations,The Voice(30 April 2021) You are called names.  You are accused of things you have not done.  People you never thought would hate you now start hating you.  It is very rough in politics. But I have to soldier on and fight to get to Parliament and represent the people of Maun East. We have all been affected by the Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) in our area so we need collective and concerted efforts to find a way of getting help. The FMD has repeatedly been a problem in Ngami and I am calling all MPs who will go to Parliament to work together to fight this.  People’s lives have been affected and they are looking upon us to help them. Not only that but also the poverty eradication exercise has helped many families. This is a commendable effort by our government. I don’t think that should be a problem. We are all citizens of Botswana therefore are entitled to stay or live anywhere we want.  I can go and stay in Molepolole though I originate from Maun. I have a strong campaign team and we work closely together. Cooperation is good between us. I listen to their advice and so do they. My wards are as far as Phuduhudu and stretches to Khwai, Sankuyo and Mababe. When people go to church on Sundays, I prefer to stay at home and listen to my jazz.  It is not like I am against the church its only that I have time on Sundays.  It is a way of relaxing for me, as I am kept busy by the businesses and the campaigns.  I am just a homebody.  I don’t really like to go out but once in a while I can chill with my friends.
