Alice: Yeah, just a sec! Rosie: Mom! Remember the drought! Alice: Oh, yeah. Isabel: Mom, open up! Rosie: Open the door! Alice: I’m coming! Both: Happy birthday! Alice: But, you know, God, you make a decision about your life when you’re 25 years old and then you fast forward 15 years later and you think, God, was that really the life decision that’s, like, a good life decision for the rest of your life? Then you’re just, like, (inhales sharply) I don’t know. Austen: Well, sometimes you need a bit of space from the things you love in order for you to realize just how much you really need them.
