Violet Phatshoane

Violet Phatshoane also known as Mmathebe Violet Phatshoane, is a South African judge. She has served as a judge of the Northern Cape High Court since 2011 and has served as Deputy Judge President of the Northern Cape High Court since 2021. Before joining the judiciary, she practised as an attorney, specialising in commercial and labour law, and co-founded Phatshoane Henney Incorporated.
