Motivating is great. It will get you started but that’s not enough, you also need discipline. Motivation sometimes runs on mood but discipline defies mood and keeps pushing even when you don’t feel like.

I don’t know, but I try to stay out of trouble. That is basically what it is. I don’t put my mouth into people’s matters; I do not comment on anything. Sometimes, the problem is that we want to speak our minds about every little thing. I try not to do any of that. I don’t poke my nose into other peoples’ business. I stay in my small corner and try to be as simple as possible.
I will say it is by the grace of God because first, there is the talent but most songs are often inspired by the Holy Spirit. Every season and time, He gives a specific word and melody.
I don’t think I really do much. There are times that I am praying about something and God just drops a song. So I would say that it is just by God’s grace that we do some of the things we do.
I can’t really say, but Bo Noo Ni was very big and so was My Everything. Currently, however, I think the biggest song I have is Kadosh. Some of the places I hear it being played is unbelievable; it blows my mind.
I want to say thank you for supporting the gift and ministry God has given me. I believe that ministry is about people. So if they don’t support you, you have no ministry. Thank you for the prayers, the thoughts and everything you do to support what God has called me to do.

Are there beefs in the gospel industry? I’m not sure there are any.
In the gospel [music] industry, we are serving the same Lord; it’s just that He gives diverse gifts unto us where, together, we bring it to honour Him.
So, if we are both honouring and serving the same master, why are we beefing.
We are serving the same body. You may be the hand, someone else will be the legs, and together we make the same kingdom and bring glory to God.
So, why do I have to beef with you? There is no need for that. I am actually the worst person to have a beef with.
When the negativity comes, I identify the God factor in it, and when I do it works together for my good. By God’s grace, I have achieved certain feats based on negativity that came but I didn’t allow it to get to me.
I don’t waste my pain, and I don’t waste my challenges; I utilise them for good.

What I do is a spiritual work. There are times that God literally directs you not to go.
There are times you want to go to a particular place to perform but the Holy spirit will not be at peace at that place so you can’t go.
It’s not true that I only perform in churches like ICGC and Action. I have performed severally at some branches of the Pentecost, Apostolic, Anglican and Roman Catholic churches. Like I’m saying, if I am led to and I also feel comfortable in my heart, to perform there, I will go. But if I’m not led to go there I will not perform.
None of these churches have invited me before. I guess they also have what they believe in and the kind of ministry they would love to have, mine might be slightly different.
