Biography Rejoice Thizwilondi Mabudafhasi (born 23 May 1943) is a South African politician who represented the African National Congress (ANC) in the National Assembly from 1994 until her resignation in April 2017. She was appointed as South Africa's Ambassador to Zimbabwe in 2021.
