Kondwa Sakala-Chibiya is a Zambian lawyer and Vice Chair for the Human Rights Commission, and former President of SADC Lawyers Association. She earned LLB from University of Reading, is Managing Partner of J.B. Sakala & Co., board member of Centre for Infectious Disease Research in Zambia, and member of Judicial Service Commission. In 2024 she was awarded State Counsel.
