If someone is walking, I tell them: 'Come on, let's run, we have to win!'" "In the youth teams of my national team, the Ivory Coast, I was always the captain. I'm used to being the first to put my face on the pitch and off it." "Great teams are never satisfied, they want to win every game. This must be our mentality. Africa makes you fall in love, even at first sight." "My relationship with Africa is one of affection but also a practical one. I try to do what I can to help. It is a large and rich continent, and I am not just talking about raw materials. Africa is a whole world and it is special." "When I score a goal I stand at attention to greet him, as I used to see him do sometimes when a guest came to the house." "Playing in a stadium like Camp Nou, with 100,000 seats... I think there are not many like that in Europe. So of course, obviously I miss Camp Nou." "I really have very good memories of my time at Barça. I won two trophies in my first year: the Super Cup and La Liga. I have very good memories of the city, the coaches, and the great players." References
