thumb|302x302px|Retno Marsudi Retno Lestari Priansari Marsudi, commonly known as Retno Marsudi, served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia from 2014 to 2024 and was the first woman to hold the position. She is widely recognized for her role in strengthening Indonesia’s diplomacy at the global level, advocating for Palestinian independence, and promoting humanitarian issues as well as gender equality. During her leadership, Retno emphasized the importance of diplomacy grounded in solidarity, justice, and world peace. She also encouraged the younger generation to become agents of change and a source of positive energy for the nation.
