Quotes
“Insofar as the general corroboration relied on by the trial court is concerned, I am of the view that the trial court, in applying the rules of caution and seeking corroboration, was benevolent to the appellant and preferred to refrain from convicting the appellant in relation to a specific payment when the faintest doubt was raised.”
Constitutionally Speaking
“The seriousness of the allegations against Manyatshe, his failure to give a proper response to the M&G or in his version to the court, and his public stature persuades me of the reasonableness of publishing the exposé.”
